We want you to be completely satisfied with your STERNGLAS timepiece. If it’s not the perfect fit, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Timepiece

  Place the watch in its original packaging, including all protective films, tags, and documentation to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
